Certified Hand Therapist

Chris is an occupational therapist with over 10 years experience in multiple rehab settings in the New York area. He graduated in 2001 with a Master's degree from New York University. Chris attained designation as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2007, an achievement that is the benchmark of expertise in upper extremity rehabilitation. He is a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner and uses specialized taping techniques to assist with restoring function and reducing pain in clients. Chris is also certified in A-ONE, an assessment tool that enables therapists to objectively assess cognitive- perceptual dysfunction, through function and mobility. He enjoys sharing knowledge and has lectured to physicians, therapists, clients, and students on a number of rehab-related topics throughout his career. Chris’ passion, however, remains working hand-in-hand with his clients towards restoring lost function and regaining overall independence.
